1. Booking and Payment

Booking a course is simple:

1. Choose a suitable date from our online calendar.
2. Wait for our confirmation. We will let you know if your chosen date is available.
3. Pay the course fee, either securely online by card or by bank transfer. Bank details are available upon request.

Your booking and place on the course is only finalised once payment has been received.
Please make sure this is done within 3 days. We will then acknowledge receipt.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 14 days or more before the course: Full refund.
• Between 14 and 7 days before the course: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the course: Non-refundable, however we will try to fit you in on a subsequent course when there is a free space.

To cancel, please email us as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed promptly after written confirmation.

3. Postponements

If you need to postpone your course, the same time frames and refund conditions as above will apply. You may choose to:

• Reschedule to another available course date, or
• Request a refund under the same cancellation policy.
• If we cannot agree on a suitable replacement date, you will receive a refund as outlined above.

4. Cancellation by Us

In rare circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel or postpone a course.

If this happens, we will refund your full course fee. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for indirect costs such as travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings, unless the cancellation occurs as a result of our negligence.

5. Course Times and Attendance

Course times and locations are listed on our website.

Please ensure you arrive on time. We cannot delay the start of a course for late arrivals.

If you arrive late, you will still be able to join the session, but unfortunately you may miss part of the opening section.

6. Course Content

We aim to cover all advertised topics within the scheduled time.

However, occasionally we may adjust the content slightly due to participant needs, time limitations, or other unforeseen factors.

Any such changes will not affect the overall value or quality of the course.

7. Safety and Liability

Your safety is very important to us.

We follow safe working practices and will provide clear safety instructions throughout the course, including when to use protective equipment such as goggles, ear defenders, and dust masks. Participants are responsible for following these safety instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for injury or damage that occurs as a result of ignoring these instructions, though we remain bound by law for any accidents caused by our negligence.

8. Minors

Minors aged 13 years and above are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
